Healing from co-dependency through faith and support.
About Beloved Rising
At Beloved Rising, we walk alongside those seeking freedom from co-dependence and the patterns that keep them from experiencing healthy, life-giving relationships. We believe that each person is deeply loved by God and created for authentic connection—not control, people-pleasing, or loss of self.
Through biblical teaching, compassionate community, and practical tools, we help individuals discover their true identity in Christ, set healthy boundaries, and build relationships rooted in mutual respect and genuine love. Whether you're just beginning to recognize co-dependent patterns or you've been on this healing journey for years, you'll find a safe space here to grow, heal, and rise into the fullness of who God created you to be.
You are beloved. You are worthy. And freedom is possible.

Stop Believing The Lie!
That's Not Who I Am
The voices of control can be subtle or overwhelming—parents who project their unfulfilled dreams, partners who diminish our worth, systems that reduce us to productivity metrics, or internalized critics that echo old wounds. These voices accumulate over years, layering false identities upon us like ill-fitting clothes we never chose to wear. They tell us we are failures, disappointments, too much or not enough, defined by our mistakes or limited by our circumstances. But these declarations, no matter how persistent or persuasive, are fundamentally lies.
At our core, beneath the labels and limitations others have assigned, lies a deeper truth: we are the Beloved of God. This identity isn't earned through achievement or lost through failure—it simply is. It's the ground of our being, the original blessing that predates every criticism and outlasts every rejection. When we claim this truth, we're not being arrogant or delusional; we're coming home to who we've always been. The controlling voices lose their power not through argument but through the quiet revolution of knowing ourselves as loved, cherished, and enough.
This declaration—"that's not who I am"—becomes an act of spiritual resistance and self-liberation. It's the refusal to let others write our story or define our worth. It's the courage to shed false selves and stand in our true identity, even when that truth contradicts everything we've been told. In recognizing ourselves as God's beloved, we find the freedom to become fully, authentically ourselves.
